Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant, with a background in marketing, journalism and business administration.

After working for years as a personal assistant to top producing real estate teams, she branched out on her own and started Leverage Leaders. The goal was to use that experience to execute files efficiently while keeping the one to one service of a personal assistant.

Today that means around 30 to 35 files a month for a roster of 15 or more agents across Missouri and Southern Illinois, all handled by the same licensed REALTOR rather than a rotating processor.

Why this works differently

Most coordination at this volume gets handed to unlicensed staff working from a checklist. A licensed agent reads a contract differently. She knows which addenda a file is missing before compliance flags it, what a title company is going to ask for, and what an inspection notice actually obliges each side to do.

That is the whole argument for a solo licensed coordinator over a larger firm, and it is why the roster is capped rather than sold as unlimited.

Outside the office

When she is not in the office, Elizabeth spends her time with her family, road trips and roller skating.
